FAQ

Common questions about scope, delivery model, and support expectations.

What services do you provide?

We handle network architecture, VLAN segmentation, UniFi Protect deployments, smart-home automation reliability, secure remote access, and ongoing monitoring/support for homes and small businesses.

Do you work with existing equipment or only greenfield installs?

Both. Most projects are modernization efforts where we stabilize existing infrastructure first, then replace high-risk components in phases to avoid unnecessary downtime.

What does a typical project timeline look like?

Small residential reliability projects can complete in 1-2 weeks. Multi-site or heavily segmented business networks typically run 3-8 weeks depending on procurement and maintenance windows.

Do you support compliance-sensitive environments?

Yes. We commonly work in environments that require strict access separation, audit trails, and documented change management. We align architecture decisions to your operational and compliance requirements.

How do support plans work after deployment?

Support plans include monitoring, periodic maintenance, backup validation, firmware hygiene, and incident response. Coverage and response windows depend on the selected support tier.

What are your limitations?

We focus on secure, supportable production-grade deployments. We generally avoid unsupported firmware mods, insecure port-forwarding patterns, and one-off configurations that cannot be documented or maintained.

Can you provide references or case studies?

Yes. We share anonymized architecture diagrams, before/after outcomes, and references where permitted. Start with our public case studies on the Work page.

Do you offer emergency support?

Emergency response is available for managed clients. If you are not yet under support, contact us and we will provide nearest-available triage windows.
