What we collect

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services and respond to inquiries.

  • Contact form: When you submit the contact form, we collect and process: name, email address, phone number (optional), site address or city (optional), project type (optional), and your message. We use this to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and support our services.
  • We do not sell personal data. We do not use your contact information for marketing unless you have agreed to it separately.

Retention

Contact form submissions and related correspondence are retained as needed for follow-up and for the duration of any ongoing client relationship. After a relationship ends, we may retain records for a reasonable period for legal and operational purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

Subprocessors and third parties

  • Email: Form submissions are sent via email using our configured SMTP provider. Message content and your contact details are transmitted and stored by that provider in accordance with their policies.
  • Analytics: When analytics is enabled on this site, we use Plausible. Plausible is privacy-friendly and cookie-free; it does not collect personal data for tracking. We do not use advertising cookies.
