We are looking for a reliable person to help apply to relevant freelance opportunities on platforms such as Indeed/dice/ziprecuiter and similar marketplaces for our IT consulting company.

Qualifications

Good English communication (written)
Basic understanding of freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
Organized and detail-oriented
Responsible and proactive
Able to work remotely and independently

Responsibilities

Apply to relevant freelance jobs
Write simple and appropriate proposals
Follow company instructions when applying to jobs
Track applications and responses

Compensation

$0.05 per job bid
$30 bonus for each successful job offer
Bonus up to $10 if we get 10 interviews per week
Up to $10 deduction if fewer than 3 interviews per week
